Questions clubs ask
Do members need to download an app?
No. Booqix runs in the browser and installs to the home screen like an app, with notifications. App Store and Google Play versions are possible when a club wants them.
Can we keep our own rules?
Yes. Booking window, slot length, peak hours, players per game, cancellation deadlines, penalty thresholds and guest allowances are all settings.
Which languages does it support?
Any language. We set up the app in the language of your club, or in several languages that members switch between.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of courts and members. Tell us about your venue and we’ll send a proposal.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU (Frankfurt). Each club has its own separate database.
